In these terms, "Carrier" refers to Mills Performance Supply Chain Consulting LLC and its authorized subcontractors. "Goods" encompasses the freight, items, and hardware described in the Bill of Lading. Ever wondered why specific jargon matters? 2. Service Availability
We're committed to 99.9% uptime for our tracking portals. However, we're not liable for delays caused by atmospheric conditions, port congestion, or acts of God. We prioritize safety over speed. Every time.
3. Liability & Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of delivery. We operate under Standard Freight Liability unless premium cargo insurance is selected at the time of booking. Our team works tirelessly to maintain a 0.02% damage rate across 4,000+ monthly shipments.
